In collaboration with NBA and ESPN, we sought to bridge the gap between written content and video engagement.
With fans gravitating toward video, but articles being quicker to produce, we needed to develop a tool that allowed content creators to efficiently convert articles into engaging videos, maximizing fan interaction.

The Solution: AI-Powered Content Transformation
 

I designed an innovative AI-based solution that seamlessly transforms written articles into dynamic video content, supporting both 16:9
and 9:16 formats. This tool enables users to either write original articles or repurpose existing ones, automatically generating videos for rapid distribution.

The Process:
 

  • Conducted bi-weekly user interviews with NBA and ESPN to gather real-time insights, ensuring the solution aligned perfectly with their needs and was intuitive for users.

  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the process, making it easier for clients to rapidly scale content creation without compromising quality.

The Impact: Scaling Content Creation and Fan Engagement

The A2V solution empowers clients to produce up to 7x more content, significantly boosting engagement and helping them deliver a continuous flow of high-quality video content to their fans. This innovation has transformed the way NBA and ESPN can connect with their audience,
